- The first step is to make a new file and a canvas with 1000 by 1000 pixels. Then hold down 'alt backspace'. This will turn the background black.

- Once this is done, go to 'Filter, Render, Lens Flare'. Then adjust the flare to roughly 120%.

- Then go to 'Filter, Distort, Polar Coordinates'. Change it from rectangular to polar to polar to rectangular.

- Then go to 'Image, Rotate Canvas, 180 degrees'.

- Then go back to 'Filter, Distort, Polar Coordinates' and change it back from 'Polar to Rectangular' to 'Rectangular to Polar'. This will reveal a sphere.

- Then go to 'Image, Canvas Size', and put 150% onto both width and height.

- Then get the 'Magic Wand' tool and click on the surrounding areas onto the sphere and click delete. Then click 'Ctrl D'.

- Then go to 'Filter, Liquify' which gives you a brush tool where you can drag down the bottom of the Sphere to give a balloon looking object.

- Then duplicate the layer by right clicking on the original layer and clicking the 'Duplicate' button.

- Use the 'Magic Wand' tool again to delete the surrounding white area.

- Then go to 'Image, adjustments' and then to 'Hue and Saturation'. This is where you can change the colour of the duplicated balloon by playing around with the hue and saturation bars. I repeated this twice more to get a total of 4 balloons.

- Then to make the string I duplicated a new layer again and used the brush tool to add in the string.
