Group: Update 11-11-13

JP: I've been looking through and reviewing the footage from the Sunday shoot and adding some of the shots into our timeline. I've made some decisions about where some shots would work best and which shots don't work. There are a few continuity issues with the two different sets of footage and there were obviously some problems with lighting from the Sunday shoot but majority of footage can be edited to be used in our video.
Reviewing this footage has made it clear where there are still gaps and we have made plans to go out and get more footage within the next couple of days. I am planning to get more woodland footage for filler shots and also something that could possibly be used for print work. We have also been planning for some of our studio shoots and I have planned what props I need to get for our shoot.

LB: In todays lesson I was playing around with some images of ideas we have for our digi-pak. The photo chosen for the cover has still not been decided, we are unsure if we want the cover to be based on rural or an urban location. The typography layout has also not been decided, this is very basic and also familiar to other work.

Rough Digi-Pak Ideas so far.

Today I just played around with the Hue/Saturation and seeing what worked well with the font. To complete the print work over the next few weeks we need to take the necessary images and work out what font will go in certain places. We need to start to think about our adverts and what magazines it will go in.

CC: In todays lesson I finished some blog posts and started to create some images for our studio shoot. On Photoshop I created some visual images of balloons for our studio work that will be projected on Chris. We are planning to film our studio work on Thursday.

GR: We have decided that we are going to go to Southborough woods for another shoot this Wednesday because we have looked at the weather forecast and it is predicted to be sunny. We are going to try and make all the actors turn up on Wednesday, if not we are going to film more shots that need to be done with just me in it and with anyone who is available.
